Many targeted individuals are aware that there is a hypnotic programming involved through which they are programmed to respond emotionally to "trigger words". Some trigger words mimick even the sensations of radiations that non-lethal weapons usually create, and therefore it can trick the mind into believing that there are directed energy weapons or microwave weapons involved, when in fact, the Targeted Individual is hyptnotized in his/her sleep remotely to respond with these sensations when hearing, reading or thinking about a particular word. The triggers can sometimes be more elaborated and complicated and it can involve some kind of action in stead of word when triggered, for example "feeling moisture", "putting the jacket on", "taking a shower", "drinking" or "eating" and so on.

There is an old device developed just for that. The name of the device is Radio Hypnotic Intra-Cerebral Control and a definition is: 

"Radio Hypnotic Intra-Cerebral Control, calls for the implantation of a very small, electronic, micro-radio receiver. It acts as a Stimulator which will stimulate a muscle or electronic brain response. This, in turn, can set off a 'Hypno-programmed' cue in the victim or sub- ject, which would illicit a pre-conditioned behavior. "

Usually, TIs feel that they are constantly forgetting certain things. Many times, they do forget the biggest of traumas. The Technology just for that is called Electronic Dissolution of Memory (EDM).

"Electronic Dissolution of Memory, calls for remotely-controlled production within the brain of Acetyl-Choline which blocks trans- mission of nerve impulses in the brain which results in a sort of Selective Amnesia."
